Now I've cancelled a 3rd line, which I didn't want to. Today I'm told I was never eligible for the free watch plan and sorry for the miscommunication. Recieved partial charge and fees for line that I requested to cancel on 1/12, and my watch was not free. Reached out and they said there was nothing I could do to keep the discount so now I've cancelled a 2nd line, which I didn't want to. On 2/4/22 I get a notification that I'm losing all promotions on my 2nd line because I cancelled a line on my account.

I asked about the free watch offer because I didn't see any change, they apologized and resubmitted and says it was taken care of. I reached out again and they said it was taken care of that day. On 2/3/22, first day of my bill cycle I noticed the line was still active. While cancelling the line they offered to make my Galaxy watch plan free, which I accepted.
